Hotel Geranius Praia dos Ingleses

An excelent price/benefit ratio. Near to the village center, restaurants and only 5 minuts on foot to the beach.

Very small room. The swimming pool is also very small and need some repairs like painting.

Location very close to the beach.

The advert said I would have a balcony in the room and a view which didn’t have. Also the shower needed fixing, there was no phone in the room and the staff wasn’t that friendly. I could get some things fixed but still think I paid too much for what I got.

The location was very good. A special thanks to chef Marcus and the coffee.

The room was very uncomfortable. Flat pillows, old mattress and tiny bathroom. The pool area needs some serious improvement as well.

Good shower and the room was clean. Very good breakfast.

The hotel advertises an airport shuttle which is one of the main reasons I booked with them. I gave them my flight details at booking stage and asked them to confirm the shuttle and the price. I had to write them FIVE emails via Booking.com and finally had to get a local Brazilian friend to call them on my behalf to confirm said shuttle, because they simply did not get back to me. And then the shuttle driver charged me more than what the hotel had quoted me - not acceptable. The wifi only worked on the first night of my stay - something about a server problem. But the cherry on the top was that although I am a genius member and should get two extra hours to check out, the manageress walked past my room 10 minutes after check out time and had reception call me to tell me to vacate my room - although she could see my packed suitcase standing in the doorway. They can't respond to a simple request like arranging an airport shuttle, but they have the audacity to chase guests out of their rooms 10 minutes after check out......

Staff and the jacuzzi were amazing. They have free parking at the property and although the breakfast isn't served at the property, it is in the hotel across the street, it's a good breakfast and have a sea view.

The room did not have a good smell, and make me sick. And they put two single bed together instead of a couple one. Praia dos Ingleses It's a beautiful place, but don't stay there if you like night life.

não tem café da manhã, mesmo que você pague. não colocam uma água sequer no frigobar. barulho de gente batendo em portas o tempo todo, passei a noite em claro quando na verdade esperava dormir bem.

O chuveiro água quente não esquentava. A cama estava com as molas gastas, qdo deitava parecia uqe havia um buraco, acordei mais cansada do que qdo fui deitar...

O café estava muito bom e gostei do cuidado com os competidores.

A tv do meu quarto não funcionava, no primeiro dia até conseguimos ligar , mas no segundo ela não ligou de jeito nenhum. Perguntei na recepção se poderia trocá-la, e a pessoa disse que não.

NÃO TINHA CAFÉ DA MANHÃ!!!

Recepcionamento poderia ter sido melhor, não atingiram minhas necessidades. Quarto cheio de mosquito, e a televisão nem canais disponíveis tinha.

Tinha areia no box do chuveiro, atendimento foi pouco simpático (ao menos foi rápido)

Ambiente cheio de possibilidades de relaxamento.

Limpeza dos quartos ruim com areia pelo chão e na cama, corredores com restos de café da manhã gerando moscas no hall de entrada para os quartos, atendimento horrível não explicaram nada sobre o que o hotel oferece e como funciona para usar, conversamos com outros hóspedes e aconteceu a mesma coisa com todos. Além de cobrar taxa extra de turismo sendo que não é obrigatório pagar, eles avisam somente no check-out.

Possui hidromassagem, cafe da manhã simples, mas bom.

Tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois o quarto inicial no terreo, era extramente úmido. Fomos para quarto no andar superior.

A localização e ótima.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma , o sinal do wifi não é bom, a piscina deveria ser aquecida , como não tem elevador teria que ter um serviço de bagagem para ajudar na locomoção das mesmas e falta uma academia.

Lugar tranquilo, única coisa que achei estranho que foi cobrado meu café e no site dizia grátis (pode ser que eu li errado) o café bem simples ! Única observação que o café só é servido às 7:30 achei bem tarde se você não use sair cedo para algum lugar !
